An Ibadan-born and Abuja based businessman, Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola has joined hundreds of thousands of well meaning Nigerians in celebrating the birth of the first civilian Governor of Osun State, Chief Bisi Akande on the occasion of his 85th birthday celebration.
Akinola, while expressing his wishes to Baba @85, through his media assistant, Mr. Akintunde Yusuf, he described him as one of the strongest pillar holding the fortress of the only progressive party in the country, All Progressives Congress (APC).
In his message, “It takes only the grace of God for our Baba to have reached this level of attainment in his life. He has used his life to fight and defend the democracy in Nigeria that we are all enjoying at present alongside many other numerous Nigeria.”
“If we are to list the living legends and heroes of democracy in present Nigeria, we will find it difficult not to have listed Chief Bisi Akande in the first top 10 list for his democratic contribution to the development of Nigeria.”
“We all remember many of his engagement in ensuring the enthronement of President Bola Tinubu as the President of Nigeria under our great party, APC. And we are thanking God that Nigeria is going through a proper and appropriate reset for a prosperous nation.”
“That is one of the good things he has done for the nation. And I am sure our Baba will be happy for the development the country is witnessing at the moment.”
“While I am wishing our Baba, Chief Bisi Akande a more prosperous and healthy years on earth, I am as well imploring our Baba not to relax now, but to continue using his age-long wisdom and guidance in helping President Bola Tinubu on the deliverance of his Renewed Hope Agenda for the nation.”
