Oyo State High Court has adjourned the trial case of financial allegation case against Engr. Emmauel Obakin by his business partner and co-owner/director, Akindele Fajemiyo both of Lee Fakino Nigeria Limited to February 28, 2024.
The adjournment was as a result of the ongoing law week of the Nigerian lawyers.

The new date was jointly agreed by the lawyers to both the prosecutor, EFCC and the defendant, Obakin.
