Barr. Akeem Agbaje, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has extended warm Easter greetings to the Christian community in Oyo State and across Nigeria, urging them to reflect on and emulate the virtues that the season represents.
In a goodwill message, Agbaje said Easter is a solemn celebration that embodies the values of sacrifice, love, humility, and renewal, as exemplified by the life of Jesus Christ.
“Easter is a significant season in Christendom, one that reminds us all—regardless of our faith—of the power of love, sacrifice, and hope,” Agbaje said. “I urge our Christian brothers and sisters to carry the virtues of this season beyond the celebrations, and to let it reflect in their daily lives and interactions with others.”
