In his Easter message, Oyo APC chieftain, Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola has felicitated with the Christian faithfuls and Nigerians on the occasion of Easter Celebration.
Akinola through his Media Assistant, Akintumde Yusuf, says Easter symbolizes the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead as described in the Holy Book, Bible.
The Ibadan-born politician and Abuja-based businessman, Akinola further said “It is then important for us to resurrect our own Faith in God and the leadership of our country.”
“The resurrection of Jesus Christ further encourages true believers to strengthen their Faith in God. And with that, we must not lose focus in the growth and development of Nigeria as this is our own Jerusalem.”
“We must equally tailor our own personal renewal, growth, and spiritual development for the betterment of Nigeria.” Akinola Added

“As we concluded the 40 days lent and which symbolizes the Christian faithful’s Easter celebrations, we must be grateful to God for making the journey a simple and comfortable one.”
