“Developers lease the lands from the State. They have the money; we have the land. This partnership has proven fruitful for both parties—the developers make money, and the state generates revenue without direct investment,” he explained.

One of the most promising initiatives discussed was the impending digital transformation of land services. Soon, the public will be able to view available lands, apply online, make payments, and obtain relevant documents from the ministry.
