Dr. Dare Ayodele Osunkojo, The Chief executive officer, Kaniz Homes, Abuja, has been named the recipient of this year’s PEARL award in a brief ceremony organised by the management of The Ethics magazine. PEARL is an acronym for ‘Person of Ethics and Rare Leadership’
The personality recognition award which comes annually from the stable of the Initiative for Ethics and Values Orientation, publishers of the Ethics magazine is a way to appreciate high Ethics ratings and compliance, thus promoting well ordered society.
Speaking on behalf of the management team of the Ethics, Tobi Adisa hinted that the decision to name Dr. Osunkojo as PEARL of the year is based on his extraversion personality and humane disposition. Mr Adisa also pontificates that “now that the Country is experiencing unremitting decline in moral values, the recognition award will goad the recipient to do more and make others to follow suit.”

Dr Osunkojo flaunts high ethical standing both in noble deeds and temperate mannerism. Mr. Adisa, added that “the recipient of this year is a moral compass who always provides a shoulder for others to lean on.”
Dr. Dare Osunkojo hails from Ibadan, Oyo state and has been a developer of repute through Kaniz Homes. His watchword is to offer quality homes at a very modest cost so that housing for all will not be a pipe dream.
Dr. Ayodele Dare osunkojo has a cognate experience in real estate management and construction.
He established the firm of Adeniyi Osunkojo Associates, an arm of his father’s business in Abuja, where he is, currently a partner.
For the sake of emphasis, Kaniz construction has built over five thousand houses in abuja and it’s evirons and is currently expanding to Lagos and Oyo state while plans are underway to build a minimum of 55,000 houses in 5years within Nigeria.
Dr. Dare osunkojo is a member and fellow of several professional bodies.
He is happily married and blessed with kids.
