A chieftain of All Progressive Congress APC, in Ona-Ara Local Government of Oyo State, Hon. Bolaji Adegoke Gbengbeleku has mourned the passing of the Ibadan North House of Representatives member, late Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban.
Gbengbeleku in his condolence message described the death of one of the performing lawmakers in the state as unfortunate and shocking.
According to him, “I was shocked and depressed upon the hearing of the death of Hon. Akinremi Jagaban. His death is one of the shocking events of the year for me.”
“During his lifetime, he served his people diligently and meritoriously as they cannot have it better than the representation he provided for them in his first term and the ongoing second term cut short by death.”
“He was a good party man and progressive to the core. But he is no more and the progressive party will sorely miss his progressive contributions and support.”
“It is my prayer that may Allah accept his return and overlooked his shortcomings, and grant him Aljanat fridaoz, Amen” Gbengbeleku concluded
