Nestled inside Dejo Oyelese street of Old Bodija Estate, Nigeria’s first housing estate, Divine Favour Estate would, before the end of January, be available for rent, says the management.
“Consisting of two and bedroom flats in three blocks, numbering 48 flats, it is fully gated and partly serviced. With specified amount to be paid after the initial rent by tenants, the management would be responsible for the cleaning and water. Each flats comes with a prepaid meter. And it has a spacious compound and big power generating set to be managed by the tenants.
“As part of efforts to bridge the housing deficit and provide affordable accommodation for residents of Ibadan, we came up with. Though it is a test-running efforts to study the market in order to start development on other lands we have acquired, it is going to be one of the best managed estates in the city. We are already putting finishing touches to it. Painting is almost completed. It will be ready before January 2024 ends.
“Apart from the fact that each flats comes with its own pre-paid meters, we have provided a giant power generating set. The tenants would determine how to fuel and what to charge one another. On our own end, we collect serviced charge after the initial rent. We will provide water and other safety measures as well as sanitation.
