In a vibrant show of community engagement and advocacy for peaceful coexistence, the Rotary Club of Iyaganku-Ibadan on Saturday, April 26, 2025, held a Peace and Conflict Resolution Workshop tagged ÌJÀ Ò D’ỌLÀ at the Rotary Youth Centre House.
The well-attended event drew the participation of notable district leaders, including District Governor, Rotarian Kayode Olowolagba, and District Governor Nominee, Rotarian Olaniyi Okin, who also served as one of the keynote speakers. Rotarian Dhikrullah Balogun further enriched the session with a dynamic and interactive discussion tailored for commercial motorcyclists (popularly known as Okada riders).
Addressing the riders, the speakers emphasized the importance of dialogue, tolerance, and mutual respect in promoting harmony within the community. The session, conducted in an open forum style, allowed the riders to share their experiences and challenges, fostering a spirit of understanding and collaboration.
