‘Dapo Oyerinde, a chieftain of APC in Oyo State has mourned the passing of Alh. Ganiyu Alade, one of the foremost and great leaders of the party in Egbeda local government and Oyo State as a whole.
Oyerinde while reacting to the news of Alh. Ganiyu Alade’s death said, “I have lost a father, leader and political mentor who I hold in high esteem during his lifetime.”

“During his lifetime, he played the role of a father in my political life and sojourn. He never regretted being a father to me.”
“I remembered that we spoke recently on the way forward to our party, in the local government and state. He was an honest man to his fault.”
“His death is a shocking one and he has left a great vacuum in the high leadership status of the party, APC.
“My heartfelt condolences to the families our Baba left behind. And to the APC generally in Oyo State and South West Nigeria. May God comfort us all on this loss.” He concluded.
