The Nigerian footballer Victor Osimhen has been announced as the 2023 CAF Men’s Player of the Year winner.
Osimhen beat Egypt and Liverpool forward, Mohammed Salah and PSG Hakimi to win the award.
Also, for the sixth time, Asisat Oshoala named as 2023 CAF Women’s Player of the Year winner.
Added to the list of winner is Nigeria’s Chiamaka Nnadozie winning the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award, while the 2023 National Team of the Year (WOMEN) is so by Nigeria.
