The leadership of the house of representatives are in advanced talk with the office chief of naval staff to bring the remains of Musiliudeen Olaide Akinremi Jagaban to Ibadan for burial.
Akinremi, an All Progressives Congress, APC, had initially been elected in 2019 and reelected in 2023.
One of the members from Oyo state, who has military background, has been detailed to handle the process.
Akinremi, 51, was representing Ibadan North federal constituency for the second term, before he died in the early hours of today.
Burial Arrangements.
Hon. Akinremi Jagaban will be buried this according to Islamic rites at Eternal Home Burial Place, after Kola Daisi University, Iroko, Ibadan Oyo State after his body has been airlifted to Ibadan.
