Following the death of Oyo State Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Barr. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu, a chieftain of the party, Rtd. Captain Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, hopeful of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency has expressed his deepest condolences on the demise of the thoroughbred progressive and our party chairman.
Akinola who described the death news of the former commissioner and Oyo APC chairman as shocking and devastating to him and the entire progressive family in Oyo State and Nigeria.

In his condolence message further, as made available by his Media Assistant, Akintunde Yusuf, he said “Inalilah wa ina ilaehi raji’un. I am finding it difficult to believe that our chairman, Isaac Omodewu, is gone, but he has.”
“Barr. Omodewu during his reign as Oyo APC chairman made remarkable impacts in the repositioning and reunification of the party stakeholders and members. His astute leadership qualities, commitment and dedication to APC will be sorely missed by all.”
