In a significant step towards enhancing electricity service delivery across Oyo State, the Honourable Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Barr. Nurudeen Temilolu Seun Ashamu, welcomed the management team of the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) last week. The delegation was led by the company’s Managing Director, Engr. Frances Agoha.
During the high-level discussion, Commissioner Ashamu outlined the vision of the Seyi Makinde-led administration to improve the availability and accessibility of electricity for all residents of Oyo State.
He emphasized that the new regulatory regime in the state is firmly committed to this agenda, aiming to ensure that the people of Oyo State receive better electricity services.
