Aare Bashorun Parakoyi of Ibadanland, Chief Dr. Tony Aletor, CON, mni, JP has felicitated Ambassador Chief Adewale Kadri on his elevation and installation as the new Jagun Balogun of Ibadanland by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakuleyin, Ige Olakuleyin 1, today, Friday, 27 September, 2024.
The insurance magnate in a release personally signed by him described the new Jagun Balogun’s elevation as a welcome development that stands to add value to the great city of Ibadan.
According to the Ibadan Chief, “I feel highly delighted to join all sons and daughters of Olofa Compound, Irefin, Ibadan, particularly my families in the Insurance industry where the new Jagun Balogun belongs and our alma-mater, Lagelu Grammar School, Ibadan where he is the National President in celebrating our Jagun Balogun on his installation.
“Chief Wale Kadri is my very good aburo and I am proud of his achievements and the recognition by our baba, Kabiyesi, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakuleyin, Ige Olakuleyin 1 and the entire Olubadan- in- Council.”

The new Jagun Balogun Olubadan, Chief Abass Adewale Kadri, a consummate and veteran insurance professional is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FCIIN) and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).
He is currently the Executive Director, Technical/Corporate Business Division of AIICO Insurance Plc and presently serving as the National President of the famous Lagelu Grammar School Old Boys Association, Ibadan.
