Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, a chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Oyo State has mourned the death of Alhaji Gani Alade, one of the foremost leaders of the party in Egbeda LG and Oyo State as a whole.

Akinola, while expressing his sad mood on hearing the demise of Baba Alade, said, this life is a short one, and a lesson for us all. “I’m devastated on this news of his death.” Akinola

“I am still in rude shock on the death of my leader and father whom I have been confiding in for years and discussing how our federal constituency can be more developed.”

“His death has become a great lesson for me. Nothing is promised in this life, not even the next few minutes. But as a Muslim, it is certain that we will return to where we come from. Baba Gani Alade has answered the call of Allah.”

“Baba Gani Alade during his lifetime greatly impacted many life positively and for the good of the state. He has left a vacuum that will take time for anyone to fill.”

“Oyo State has lost one of its great pillar and a factor in the state political institution. Baba Alade will be surely missed in Oyo State.” Akinola added
