According to the legal guru, Oyebamiji “Without them, workers, all of us may be crawling since nothing will be moving to make the country working.”

“They are all in all of a country. They make the elected officials superheroes, and vice versa. One reason why they deserved the accolades and their flowers for making us great as a country.”

“In all sectors of the economy, you see them there. In all aspects of life, you see them there. Is there anywhere they are not present both formally and informally? No, they are everywhere. They deserve our respect, and surprisingly, we are all workers working to make the country great in our respective sectors and offices.”

“On that, I want to appeal to all employers of labor to carefully respect their respective workers. They are human beings like them. It is just a privilege of being on the other side of the table as employers while they belong to the employee’s side.” Oyebamji added.

“Also, employees should respect the rules and regulations guiding their respective place of work and the constituted authorities for mutual respect and progress.”

“I wish all Nigerian workers the best on the celebration of 2024 Workers’ Day.” Oyebamiji concluded.
